AND JOHN'S LYRICS ARE THE BEST, FUNNIEST, WITTIEST, SNARKIEST AND MOST DISTURBING LYRICS IN THE WORLD so if you only know "Merry Xmas" or "Imagine" you're missing out on his best stuff, he was completely mad in the best possible meaning. I need to spam the Beatles much more because they don't get enough love in my friends list but a Beatles pimp post would be LONG, ahaha. These four guys have walked next to me throughout my life. They mean so much to me, and you never feel that their songs are old, their albums from Revolver onwards just sound like something that was recorded the other day. and I still kind of fancy young!Paul and young!George, ahaha. Talking about living & active artists, Happy birthday Kashiyuka! (And also to 天皇陛下, of course. 万歳.) I would also make a Perfume pimp post telling you why you should love each of them, the three of them as a whole, Nakata san, their music, and the general awesomeness that goes by the name of Perfume but let's face it, I don't have time ♥. I always think "I'm doing it on A~chan's birthday!" because A~chan is my favourite girl in the showbusiness world everywhere ever ♥♥♥, but then it's the same day of a much more special girl (guess how special she is!<333) and I tend to ignore Perfume for that day, sue me. XD But here, because Perfume are super amazing, have them bring you to Seventh Heaven. I love you Yukachan <3. but I still love A~chan more And since I think I will not be posting tomorrow, happy birthday to my favourite Arashi member (or to be more painfully honest, the only Arashi member I really like and don't go "yeah, he's ok")! Because Aiba is super precious. He's cute and I find that he's not an airhead, he just has a way of thinking that's different from average XD And merry Christmas, too, to the Christian ones among you (or the ones of Christian descent). This country is so Catholic and family-based that Christmas is like the biggest deal. I almost envy the Japanese cause they can spend Christmas with their darlings *sigh* but our suppliers sent to the office about a thousand food & deli gifts, and we shared them and I got: -salmon fillets (already ate them XD the leftovers, I made onigiri for today's lunch~) -lentils -good coffee -cotechino (a roasted pork leg, typical food for New Year's Eve) -cookies (the ones the world calls "biscotti", but we call "tozzetti" or "cantucci" XDDD) -a bottle of red Pinot Nero wine -a bottle of spumante rosé (pink Italian sparkling wine) -a bottle of Blanquette de Limoux (French sparkling wine) -a bottle of Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine) -A BOTTLE OF MY BELOVED CHAMPAGNE <333333333333 -and a panettone, unfortunately I had bought one just the night before -__-. We're gonna drink'em up! Now if only my mobile phone would arrive I would be the happiest girl in the world and kiss Santa on the cheek "Santa" means "holy woman" in Italian so whenever I say it it makes me laugh so much XDDDDDD we call him "Babbo Natale" aka "Dad Christmas" lol post comment

Orthros no Inu 7 [23 Dec 2009|12:42am] nana_komatsu7 Il settimo episodio, quello classico da turning point nei jdrama, e' risultato un po' strano nel ritmo forse anche per via della necessita' di gestire la sceneggiatura in modo da venire incontro allo stop forzato dei lavori dovuto all'assenza dal set del Nishiki <3 ; il risultato per certi aspetti ha ricordato ( un crossover? XD ) Per certi aspetti questa cosa aveva qualcosa di Nanase futatabi anche se non posso approfondire perche' spoilererei, era una cosa accaduta nell'episodio 4 comunque... e mi piace molto, perche' uno dei motivi per cui apprezzo questo genere di storia e' che i poteri li puoi usare per fare cose spettacolari puntanto tutto sull'azione oppure per invitare alla riflessione sulla natura umana, sul libero arbitrio, sui desideri che abbiamo ma che forse ci creerebbero problemi se potessimo realizzarli seriamente... guardiamo un po' cosa accade alla gente che sa del potere di Shinji, sia in questa puntata che nel passato, e forse sembrera' tutto meno scontato e desiderabile... post comment

I will be on Fuji TV's show Hotels on March 25th at 10:54pm, introducing Milan Park Hyatt Hotel (where, of course, I've never been). I will speak for a grand total of four seconds so don't miss it! Stardom, here I come! Ahahah lol this is probably the most stupid thing I have ever done. I had to speak with Milanese accent (ME, the most Roman girl on Earth) and suuuuuuupeeeeeeer sloooowwwwlyyyyyy to fill up those four seconds with a short sentence X°D Also, judging from this still, TV makes me look fatter and older. Not to mention my awful skin. AND MY GREEN EYES DON'T SHOW!!! Orthros no Inu 1 - 6 [17 Dec 2009|08:09pm] nana_komatsu7 [ mood | amused ] [ music | Takizawa Hideaki - Hikari Hitotsu ] Era una marea di tempo che volevo riassemblare le impressioni su 'sto drama qui per costringermi a fare le finali e forse pian piano ce la posso fare... e' stata una delle poche visioni che sono riuscita a concedermi la scorsa estate, mi e' piaciuto un sacco e mi e' mancata un po' la discussione in forma scritta con qualcuno che non lo guardasse solo per via dei protagonisti e i cui commenti fossero quindi improntati solo a quell'aspetto della faccenda... a me ogni settimana interessavano maggiormente le vicende umane e le implicazioni morali del piano di Ryuzaki <333 che non soffermarmi sull'"aspetto estetico" della vicenda, e alcune scelte mi son rimaste tutt'ora impresse. Chissa' se in giro c'e' qualcuno la cui attenzione e' andata a questi aspetti? ( Impressioni e spoiler quando il giro di boa era gia' passato... ) post comment

Scende la sera... [16 Dec 2009|08:32am] lichan_no_yume [ mood | happy ] ... e inizia a fare freddo. Tra una settimana sono in Italia. Ieri sera mi sono messa a fare i pacchettini. Penso di aver finito tutti i regali per la famiglia. Penso... Luke stava facendo qualcosa con il suo computer. Ora sarà sul treno per andare a lavoro. E io sono qui e devo uscire fra poco. Ci sono le luci di Natale dovunque. Ma non c'è una grande atmosfera natalizia. Le varie luci, anche quelle più sofisticate e sfarzose, sono fatte per essere ammirate. C'è da dire che ce ne sono davvero di favolose, come quelle a Kobe. Per ora buoni preparativi natalizi a tutti! post comment
